About · Leadership Team

Who leads Saramis Global, and who does the work

CA Devendra Kumar Jain founded Saramis Global and runs it as Founder. A Chartered Accountant since 2018. One name sits at the top of the firm, and it is the same name accountable for what the delivery team ships.

Behind that name sits a team of 9 Chartered Accountants, supported by MBA and BCom professionals, including part-qualified ACCA and CPA members. Qualification by qualification, that is the whole delivery team.

Every deliverable moves through the same three links: preparer, reviewer, engagement manager. Book a discovery call and the people described on this page are the people on your file.

The founder

CA Devendra Kumar Jain founded Saramis Global and runs it

CA Devendra Kumar Jain founded Saramis Global and holds the Founder role. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2018, after a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Rajasthan.

Behind the qualification sit over 8 years of professional experience and 5 years of academic experience.

His own practice covers accounting, auditing, taxation, financial reporting, and business advisory. The clients he has advised sit in mining, real estate, manufacturing, information technology, and consultancy, and no two of those sectors close a year the same way.

Taxation sits in that background because he holds the expertise, not because Saramis Global sells it. The firm runs three service lines: bookkeeping and accounting, audit support, and tailored finance solutions. Tax filing is not one of them.

He holds the firm to professional conduct and ethical practice, and to integrity on the parts of an engagement a client never sees. The vision behind that is narrow: work that is reliable, arrives when it was promised, and is worth what a client pays for it.

Client relationships that run for years rather than a single engagement follow from it.

The firm publishes one name at the top rather than a page of job titles, because a client deserves to know who carries the decision when an engagement gets difficult.

Saramis Global signs no client audit report, now or at any point in an engagement. On an audit-firm engagement, that firm's own engagement partner signs it. On a statutory audit, the client's appointed auditor does. What the firm is accountable for is support that lands on time and inside the client's own methodology, never an opinion.

The delivery team

5 qualification groups, counted rather than described

Saramis Global runs a team of 9 Chartered Accountants, supported by MBA and BCom professionals, including part-qualified ACCA and CPA members. Every figure in that sentence is a count of people, not a category the firm hopes a reader rounds up.

Nine Chartered Accountants is the number carrying the most weight in the list. CA is the credential Indian and Commonwealth accounting practice is built on, and nine of them sit on one delivery team.

Four MBAs and five BCom graduates work alongside them, inside the same review chain and against the same written scope.

Two members are part-qualified, and part-qualified means exactly that: a BCom graduate sitting the ACCA papers, and a second sitting the CPA papers. Neither is described anywhere on this site as a qualified ACCA or CPA member, because neither one is yet.

A Chartered Accountant carries a code of ethics, continuing professional development obligations, and an entry on ICAI's own register. None of those obligations reads the age of the employer, which is why a firm incorporated in 2026 answers to the same standards as one in its twentieth year.

Who owns the file

Preparer, reviewer, engagement manager: one chain, one owner

Overall responsibility for an engagement sits with the engagement manager. Work reaches that point through three links: the preparer builds it, the reviewer checks it, and the engagement manager carries the engagement itself.

Each link is a named person on your engagement, not a department. The chain holds on every cycle and at every engagement size, and it does not shorten because a deadline is close.

The review layers each deliverable passes, and the access controls underneath them, are set out on Quality & Security. The step-by-step path an engagement follows sits on How We Work.

1

Preparer

The preparer builds the first version of the deliverable: the reconciliation, the working paper, the schedule. Every figure traces back to a source document from the first line, so the reviewer checks work rather than guesswork.

2

Reviewer

The reviewer checks that draft against its source documents and against the written scope. Anything that fails to tie out is flagged and resolved at this stage. Nothing moves on with an open query still sitting on it.

3

Engagement manager

Overall responsibility for the engagement sits with the engagement manager: scope, format, timing, and the standard the client's own file answers to. The manager runs the last check before a deliverable leaves the team, and takes the first call when something slips.

On the record

The company itself is checkable on the MCA register

Saramis Global Private Limited carries CIN U69200RJ2026PTC113266. Enter that number into the Ministry of Corporate Affairs company master data search on mca.gov.in and the register returns the legal name, the incorporation date, the registered office, and the company status.

Company-level verification settles the question a client actually asks first: is this a real, registered entity, and does the name on the engagement letter match the name on the register? Both answers come back free, in under a minute.

No individual membership numbers appear on this page. The qualification counts above come from the firm; the company record is what an outside party can verify today. Saramis Global states that difference rather than blurring it.

The full set of register facts, including the incorporation date and the registered office, sits on About Saramis Global.

The naming gap

Why named leadership is rare in outsourced accounting

Named leadership is rare in outsourced accounting because the field's default trust device is scale, not people. Staff counts and years-in-business figures headline most provider sites in this category, above a team described but never named.

A July 2026 review of ten India-linked providers in this category found the weakness inside those numbers: two of the ten contradicted their own experience figures across their own pages, one claiming two decades of experience on a site that elsewhere dates the company to 2021.

A named founder is harder to inflate than a headcount. Saramis Global publishes one name at the top, 5 qualification counts underneath it, and a company registration anyone can check in a minute. Fewer numbers, each one specific. That is the trade this firm makes.

Firm vs individual

What Saramis Global is not registered to do

Saramis Global Private Limited is a private limited company, not a firm of Chartered Accountants registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. It holds no Firm Registration Number and claims none.

The firm holds no certification either. Not an ISO standard, not SOC 2, not an industry badge. What operates today are the controls set out on Quality & Security, and a certification gets published here the day it becomes true, not before.

The audit-support boundary follows directly from this: audit support through to sign-off; the client's own statutory auditor signs. On an audit-firm engagement, that signature belongs to the firm's own engagement partner. Saramis Global handles the planning, the working papers, the testing, and the completion procedures, and the partner signs the report. The full scope of that work sits on audit support through to sign-off.

Read the two statements together and each gets sharper. Qualified professionals doing the work, inside a firm that states plainly what it is not registered to do.

Staying close to the work

How leadership stays close to delivery

Two practices keep the founder and the engagement manager inside an engagement instead of one step removed from it. Neither one waits on the firm getting bigger.

The engagement manager reviewing a file comes from the same qualified team described above, not a separate layer bolted on late.

For a client that means one name to write to, and one file that never changes hands mid-engagement.

1

Engagement-manager review

Every engagement carries a named engagement manager, and that review sits inside the same reporting line as the work instead of arriving from outside once the file is finished. Nothing reaches a client without passing that manager first. That holds on every cycle, on a single reconciliation clean-up and on a multi-year audit-support relationship alike.

2

Single point of contact

One contact stays assigned to an engagement from the discovery call through delivery. A question about scope, timing, or a working paper goes to that person directly, not to a rotating inbox, and the same contact carries the engagement through any change in the wider team, including when a specialist joins to cover a specific software platform.

Leadership questions

Leadership and team questions, answered

Who leads Saramis Global?

CA Devendra Kumar Jain founded Saramis Global and runs it as Founder. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Rajasthan, with over 8 years of professional experience and 5 years of academic experience behind him.

Who is on the delivery team?

Saramis Global runs a team of 9 Chartered Accountants, supported by MBA and BCom professionals, including part-qualified ACCA and CPA members. Part-qualified means the ACCA and CPA papers are in progress rather than passed, and neither member is described anywhere on this site as a qualified ACCA or CPA member.

Who takes responsibility for my engagement?

The engagement manager. Work passes from the preparer who builds it to the reviewer who checks it against source documents and scope, and overall responsibility for the engagement sits with the engagement manager throughout.

Is Saramis Global an ICAI-registered audit firm?

No. Saramis Global Private Limited is a private limited company with no Firm Registration Number, and it never claims one. Audit support runs through to the signing of the audit report; the client's own engagement partner or statutory auditor signs it, never Saramis Global.

Does Saramis Global hold any certification?

No. The firm holds no certification today, and this page states that plainly rather than implying otherwise. The controls that operate on every engagement are set out on Quality & Security.

How do I verify Saramis Global as a company?

Enter CIN U69200RJ2026PTC113266 into the Ministry of Corporate Affairs company master data search on mca.gov.in. The register returns the legal name, the incorporation date, the registered office, and the company status, free and in under a minute.

What sits in the founder's own expertise?

8 areas: Internal Audit, Statutory and Financial Audits, Finalisation of Annual Accounts, Corporate Consultancy, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation (GST), Financial Reporting and Regulatory Compliance, Business Advisory and Strategic Financial Planning. He has advised clients in mining, real estate, manufacturing, information technology, and consultancy.

Does Saramis Global prepare or file tax returns?

No. Saramis Global runs three service lines: bookkeeping and accounting, audit support, and tailored finance solutions. Direct and indirect taxation appear on this page as part of the founder's own professional background, never as a service the firm sells, and no engagement includes a tax filing.
