Leadership & Team →About Saramis Global
Saramis Global is an accounting, audit support, and finance solutions provider, staffed by a team of 9 Chartered Accountants, supported by MBA and BCom professionals, including part-qualified ACCA and CPA members.
Those are counts, not adjectives. Below sits the story behind the firm, the purpose it runs on, the operating model it works to day to day, and the company facts a client can check against the public register.
Read them, then book a discovery call and test the fit.
Our story
Saramis Global started with one simple idea: make Big Four quality accounting, audit support, and finance services available at practical prices.
The team has spent years inside Big Four firms, learning the processes, the quality standards, and the attention to detail that clients value. That same quality belongs in businesses of every size, without the cost usually attached to it.
That is why Saramis Global exists.
It should be a win-win. Clients get reliable, high-quality accounting, audit support, and finance services from experienced professionals. The firm gets work it genuinely enjoys, and long-term relationships built on trust.
The goal is simple: deliver excellent work, be easy to work with, and become a trusted extension of a client's own team.
Purpose
Four principles set the working rhythm at Saramis Global: understand the business, deliver quality work, communicate clearly, and build lasting relationships.
Every engagement opens on the business itself, not on a template scope. The team reads the numbers before it touches them, so the first working paper or reconciliation already fits how the business runs.
Review happens before a deliverable reaches the client, not after a query comes back. A second qualified professional checks it against the engagement scope on the way out of the team.
A question gets a plain answer, not a status update that avoids it. If a deadline moves or a figure looks wrong, the client hears it first, before having to ask.
The scope gets set once. The relationship keeps moving. Each engagement starts from what the last one taught, so a client stops re-explaining the same business every quarter.
Saramis Global works alongside its clients, not at arm's length from them. When a client's business grows, the firm's own scope tends to grow with it. Never the reverse. That happens because a client who trusts the file keeps handing over more of it, and no contract clause makes it happen.
Operating model
The delivery team works out of Jaipur, Rajasthan, and runs three service lines under one point of contact: Bookkeeping & Accounting, Audit Support, and Tailored Finance Solutions. See each in full under Services.
Three named audiences use those lines for different reasons. Accounting firms lean on Audit Support for overflow capacity at year end, working inside their own file and methodology rather than a borrowed one. Businesses start with Bookkeeping & Accounting to get their books off an internal desk and onto a reviewed cycle. Finance leaders building a Global Capability Centre use Tailored Finance Solutions and a dedicated team assigned before the engagement starts, not recruited after it.
An India-based team only earns its keep if the working day overlaps instead of running a full shift behind. It does, across three regions. A reply lands inside the client's own working day.
The desk runs 10am to 8pm IST. A query that lands outside that window goes by email, and the answer comes back timed to the client's own working day rather than to Jaipur's.

Four operational mechanics carry every engagement, whichever service line it sits under.
The three lines differ in what they deliver. They do not differ in how the work runs. See How We Work for the step-by-step model.
Company facts
Saramis Global Private Limited carries CIN U69200RJ2026PTC113266, incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 on 9 April 2026 and registered at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Most outsourced-accounting providers keep incorporation detail off their own site. Saramis Global publishes it here instead, matched against the public company register, because a newly incorporated firm earns trust by showing the record rather than hiding it.
The CIN itself carries three readable facts: RJ marks Rajasthan as the state of registration, 2026 marks the year of incorporation, and PTC marks the company as a private limited company under the Companies Act 2013. None of that reads back to a sibling firm or an earlier trading name; there is not one.
CIN is the only registry identifier published today because it is the only one confirmed in writing. Three India-specific identifiers join this table the day the firm confirms each one: the GSTIN issued under the GST Act, the PAN issued under the Income Tax Act, and the IEC that the Directorate General of Foreign Trade issues to service exporters.
Section 12(3)(c) of the Companies Act 2013 requires a company to show its CIN on business letters and official publications. Saramis Global treats this page the same way and publishes it in full.
Every standard this firm answers to was published before its CIN existed. The ICAI Standards on Auditing, the Companies Act 2013, Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP all predate 9 April 2026, and each one binds the first engagement exactly as it binds a firm in its twentieth year.
The same holds for the people. A Chartered Accountant carries a code of ethics, continuing professional development obligations, and an entry on ICAI's own register, and none of those obligations reads the age of the employer. Nine of them work here.
That is the whole argument. No invented track record, and no borrowed client counts. What Saramis Global claims is checkable: the qualifications counted on the team, the standards they answer to, and the four register facts above.
The firm is new. The credentials behind it, and the standards those credentials answer to, are not.
Disambiguation
The full two-word name appears in every context because the bare word Saramis already belongs to two unrelated entities in public search results.
Saramis Oy is a Finnish management consultancy at saramis.fi. SARAMIS is a mass spectrometry identification software product from bioMérieux. Neither one shares ownership, partnership, licence, or history with Saramis Global Private Limited.
For a search engine, an AI assistant, or a client running due diligence, this is the one-paragraph record to quote:
Saramis Global (saramisglobal.com) is an accounting, audit support, and tailored finance solutions provider, incorporated 2026-04-09 in Jaipur, India (CIN U69200RJ2026PTC113266), serving accounting firms, businesses, and finance leaders including GCC setups. Audit support runs through to the signing of the audit report; the client's own statutory auditor signs, Saramis Global never does.
Saramis Global Private Limited is a private limited company, not a firm of Chartered Accountants registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The distinction earns its own heading because most provider sites blur it.
The people hold the credentials. Every Chartered Accountant membership on the team belongs to the individual who earned it, verifiable on ICAI's own register, and the company itself holds no practice registration and claims none.
Indian law reserves statutory attest work for ICAI-registered practices, which a private limited company is not. That legal line, not a marketing preference, is why the audit line runs as audit support through to sign-off; the client's own statutory auditor signs. See Audit Support for the full boundary.
Entity questions
Five questions cover what a first-time checker asks about the entity behind this site.
No. Saramis Global Private Limited (CIN U69200RJ2026PTC113266) has no affiliation with Saramis Oy, the Finnish management consultancy at saramis.fi, and no connection to SARAMIS, the mass spectrometry identification software from bioMérieux. The three share part of a name and nothing else.
No. Saramis Global is a private limited company under the Companies Act 2013, and the Chartered Accountant memberships on the team belong to the individual professionals, not to the company. Statutory attest work in India sits with ICAI-registered practices, which is why the firm provides audit support through to sign-off and the client's own statutory auditor signs.
Enter CIN U69200RJ2026PTC113266 into the Ministry of Corporate Affairs company master data search on the MCA portal. The register returns the legal name, incorporation date, registered office, and company status, and each field matches what this page publishes.
Because a checkable date builds more trust than a vague claim no register supports. Saramis Global Private Limited was incorporated on 9 April 2026, and publishing that fact next to the CIN lets a client verify it in under a minute instead of taking it on faith.
No. The CIN reads back to one entity, first registered in 2026, with no earlier trading name, no group structure, and no sibling firm. What the firm carries from before incorporation is the credential set and the standards its professionals already answered to.
What clients can expect
Three commitments back every Saramis Global engagement, drawn straight from how the firm is built to run. None of the three depends on the firm having been around for years; each one holds from the first engagement.
Every engagement is staffed against the qualification the work calls for, not whoever is free that week. Nine Chartered Accountants sit at the centre of the team. That count is published.
Confidentiality undertakings apply before a file is opened, and access stays with the assigned team alone. Every widening or narrowing of that access leaves a log entry against the engagement.
The scope answers the client's engagement. The client does not get bent to fit a fixed package, and a request outside the original scope gets a straight answer on timing and fit rather than a forced yes.
Inside the firm
Each of the three pages below answers one specific question about the firm.
Who founded Saramis Global, the qualification behind each professional on the delivery team, and the review chain that carries responsibility for a file.
Leadership & Team →The step-by-step model behind onboarding, delivery, and ongoing review, from the first intake call through to the standing rhythm of a live engagement.
How We Work →The access controls, review layers, and exit terms that apply to every engagement, including what happens to a file the day a client decides to hand it back.
Quality & Security →Share the business, the audit file, or the finance gap that needs covering. The scope that comes back is built around the principles above, not around a sales target.
